Belinda Nakiganda Lutaaya

Belinda graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the Faculty of Law at Makerere University in 2008 and successfully completed studies for the award of a postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).

She is currently working under the partners on consulting assignments and was the lead Assistant of the firm on the consultancy to benchmark and re-draft the tax code of the Republic of Liberia; she also participated in training on modernisation of tax payer identification system in Nigeria an assignment conducted by the firm and assisted in drafting the Tax Appeals Tribunal Act in Rwanda.

She is also charged with a wide range of research assignments and preparation of legal briefs. She is interested in taxation, Commercial and corporate law as well as company secretariat work. She is currently undertaking ICSA.
