Precious is a Legal Associate at Birungyi, Barata & Associates and has been with the firm since 2014. She is attached to the firm’s Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking and Land Law. She heads the Revenue and Debt Collection department.

She has over five years’ experience and has gained vast experience in handling firm’s professional & contentious matters focusing on Banking & Revenue at the firm. She advises clients on lending procedures, compliance, debt recovery and other forms of specialized finance.

Precious also has keen interest and ability to advise on transactions ranging from Company Secretarial, Company Law matters, due diligence, and transactional documentation. Precious’ work has seen her handle and advise a number of clients on corporate governance issues, employment issues, compliance and regulatory issues.

Precious’ extends to working with the administrative and human resource sector team of the firm.
